The ocean views at this place were breathtaking, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and I really enjoyed my studio. Stunning ocean views, hospitable and friendly staff, enjoyable studio.

We were traveling to Mangonui for longer stay. The location was stunning - very close to the Bay in April 2019, Carrington Estate restaurant for a wonderful evening with 5 star service and meal and the beach, location of appartment space...

This hotel features an incredibly spacious unit with a beautiful view, balconies, and a wonderful master bedroom, making for a marvelous and awesome setting close to the local township and both Coopers Beach.

The hosts, Alan and Mary, were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for cafes and restaurants in the area. The rooms were spacious and private, and the three bathrooms were amazing. The spa pool was scrupulously clean, and we enjoyed the convenience of the free Wi-Fi and coffee pod machine. Plus, we were treated to homemade cookies upon arrival. The location, just steps away from the beach, was unbeatable.
